    We worked with Sheffield City Council and local voluntary sector organisations to speak to people who use home care services – we found out what they and their family carers think about the experiences, and the changes they would like to see.

    Healthwatch Sheffield (HWS) facilitated a Sheffield Health and Wellbeing Board Event in October 2015 on the topic of adult social care. The focus was on capturing service user experiences and using this to change care for the better.

    Earlier this year we published our investigation into home care in Sheffield. People told us how they would like services to improve, and we've now had a response to those recommendations from the Council and CCG.
