Engagement and Involvement Officer

21 hours per week | Part time | £24,990 pro rata | Deadline to apply 9am Monday 6th December 2021

This role is about involving people and communities in having their say about health and social care services in the city.  As well designing and running activities that will support people to have their say about services, the role will involve recruiting and supporting volunteers to take part in this work. 

You will need to be confident in facilitating events and group discussions, as well as talking to people one to one – and be comfortable in talking to decision makers about the views and experiences of local people.

Information and Advice Officer

35 hours per week | Full time | £24,990 | Deadline to apply 9am Monday 6th December 2021

This role is about responding to queries from members of the public about health and social care services. Whilst a general knowledge of these services is needed, the postholder will also need to be confident in researching the right information to provide appropriate responses - including by liaising directly with services.

The role will also involve creating reports and pulling out information from the feedback that we receive to inform the rest of our work.
