Healthwatch Sheffield Annual Report 2017-18
Our Annual Report sets out our achievements for the year and gives examples of our work with different communities in Sheffield.
Today we're launching our Annual Report, looking back over our achievements from 2017-18.
Our highlights
We had a busy and exciting year. Some of our highlights included:
- Launching a new volunteer strategy
- Publishing reports into the experiences of people with a learning disability, and the experiences of Deaf people
- Introducing our small grants scheme, #SpeakUp, which enabled 15 local groups to help people in their community share their views
We also commissioned a short video showcasing our highlights from the last year. Watch it below:
We launched our Annual Report at a celebration event in June, which allowed us to share our achievements with some of the people who helped us along the way, including the voluntary and statutory sector groups we worked with, and our fabulous volunteers.
At this event we also launched our strategy for the next two years, 2018-20. You can read more about it below.
