Our annual report 2025-26: Speaking up for better care

This annual report reflects on the way people's views have made a difference in Sheffield over the last year. Sharing your story has a real impact on care.

Our latest annual report is now here; one of the ways we can show you how your feedback makes a difference and helps to improve health and social care services in Sheffield.

This year's report covers many of our projects from this year, including our focused work in different Sheffield neighbourhoods, our small grants programme, and our ever-expanding information and advice provision. It also reflects how we work – making sure we are hearing from different communities across Sheffield, and working collaboratively for greater impact.

Highlights from our year include:

  • Speaking to 2,676 people about their experiences of health and social care services
  • Providing clear information and advice to 4,191 people
  • Publishing 9 reports – on big topics like health and social care in Tinsley, and young carers' experiences of accessing support, as well as our regular intelligence briefings
  • Being supported by 28 amazing volunteers, who together gave up 665 hours to help make care better in Sheffield
