Have your say! Disabled access to dental services survey

If you have a physical disability, or a hearing or sight impairment, we invite you to take our survey and help us gain a greater understanding of what the situation is like locally.

What will we do with the findings from this survey?

We will share our findings with Healthwatch England, the Care Quality Commission and Local Dental Committee, as well as promoting our findings in our newsletter and on our website. We won’t publish people’s names with their answers.

We are also asking dentists to fill in a separate survey to tell us what they have in place to fulfil the needs of physically disabled patients.
