There is now a dedicated Sheffield City Council phone number for Covid-19 related concerns and enquiries, including food requests. From 8:45am – 4:45pm Monday to Friday, members of the public can call 0114 273 4567 and select option 1 to ask any questions relating to the virus.

Sexual Health Sheffield – telephone consultations about emergency contraception, STI testing, and pregnancy are available during lockdown. You can also request a free & confidential home testing kit. 

Sight Loss support

Guide Dogs – A national charity supporting people with sight loss and their families. A new phone line for dedicated coronavirus support: 0800 781 1444. Available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind – Telephone advice and support for our clients, including welfare benefits advice.
