Our Annual Report 2024-25: unlocking the power of people-driven care
This annual report reflects on the way people's views have made a difference in Sheffield over the last year. Sharing your story has a real impact on care.
Our latest annual report is now here; one of the ways we can show you how your feedback makes a difference and helps to improve health and social care services in Sheffield.
This year's report covers many of our projects from this year, including our work on sexual health services, pulmonary rehabilitation, and inequality of access. It also reflects how we work – making sure we are hearing from different communities across Sheffield, and working collaboratively across South Yorkshire for greater impact.
Highlights from the year include:
- Speaking to 1,533 people about their experiences of health and social care services
- Providing clear information and advice to 4,985 people
- Publishing 13 reports – on big topics like Long Covid services, support for older people and survivors of domestic abuse, and our regular intelligence briefings
- Being supported by 26 amazing volunteers, who together gave up nearly 800 hours to help make care better in Sheffield
