NHS App and patient feedback survey

We have developed this survey to find out about people's views, knowledge and experience of accessing Sheffield health and social care services through the NHS App.

The NHS App is designed to give people a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on their smartphone or tablet or device. The same service is also available in a web browser on the NHS website.

The findings from this survey will help us to make sure that the people who design the NHS App are aware of your experiences and needs.

We believe that information about your health and the local services available to you needs to be easy to understand and use. Our aim is to make recommendations about the way information is provided to and accessed by everyone.
