We run an information and advice service for members of the public, offering support by phone, email, and at our weekly Wednesday drop-in.
Our Information & Advice Officer supports people with informaiton on topics like:
- Getting help with health costs
- How to find an NHS dentist
- Getting support as a carer
- Finding mental health support
- Local groups and activities
- How to make a complaint about a service
How can we help you?
We welcome referrals from colleagues in all sectors, from NHS and social care services, to voluntary, community and faith sector organisations.
