The Mental Health Support Survey
Mental Health is one of Healthwatch Sheffield’s priority areas this year, and in particular the mental health support needs of people in the community setting.
We have launched a short survey; Mental Health Support in the Community Survey to capture people’s experiences of the support available in the community for people with mental ill-health – including people who may not have used any services.
The survey has been designed to enable Healthwatch Sheffield to collect feedback specifically from the Sheffield area on the provision of mental health services.
The deadline for responses is Thursday 31st August.
