Are you in receipt of Continuing Health Care funding from the NHS, a disabled person/carer who may be eligible or thinks they may be eligible for NHS funding or a health practitioner?

Learn more about the way in which disabled people can have much more control over all aspects of their care. As part of the gearing up for Personal Health Budgets, we have teamed up with Healthwatch Sheffield to offer you a chance to come and find out what a Personal Health Budget is and what it could mean for you.

This conference is open to professionals, disabled people and their supporters. We are offering lunch at no cost to you and we will have a range of different things on offer. Sheffield Voices will be presenting their drama ‘what can a personal health budget do for me?’ We are showcasing our new personal health budget animation and there will be a short presentation by the Commissioning Support Unit.
