Adult Social Care review

Good social care supports people to live the life they want to live. Sheffield City Council would like you to help to develop their adult social care plans for the next five to ten years. This may mean looking at some different ways of working and new models of support.

This consultation asks for your views on the proposed vision, principles and commitments in a new Adult Social Care Strategy for Sheffield.

Closes 29 November 2020.

Stoma appliance telephone order service

NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group are considering making a stoma appliance telephone order service available to all patients in Sheffield needing stoma appliances, open Monday to Friday.

The service would allow you to order your stoma appliance over the telephone, which would then be dispensed in the normal way, but also offer an opportunity for the patient to discuss what they need and to obtain specialist stoma nursing advice and support.

Closes 4 December 2020.

York Road Surgery relocation

Are you a patient at York Road Surgery? The service is proposing to move from their current site to Darnall Primary Care Centre. The Practice would share a waiting room and reception at Darnall Primary Care Centre, but would remain as a separate practice.

They want to know what their patients think about this move, and what impact it may have on them.

Closes 13 December 2020.
