We're teaming up with Citizens Advice Sheffield to create monthly British Sign Language Vlogs. Our April issue focuses on the upcoming local elections, and provides an update on Covid-19 restrictions.

We will be posting these BSL vlogs monthly, that will focus on local issues, deaf issues, and health issues. They will be available on our Advice and Information page, and also on the Citizen's Advice Sheffield Deaf Advice Service Facebook page.

GP website health check

We analysed 74 GP practice websites to see whether patients across Sheffield can access services online. We found a widely varying picture across the city.
Members of the public have been telling us that they struggle to contact their GP practice by phone. However, GP practice websites don't always support people to use online services instead.
