Sheffield Children’s Hospital Relative/Carer Survey

We visited the Outpatients Department at Sheffield Children’s Hospital on the 6th September 2018 and asked people to fill out a survey about their experience

23 people in total filled in the survey about their appointment that day.

The majority of people were happy about their experiences, with 19 people answering yes to ‘Do you think you were given enough information before the appointment about what will happen today?’

Here's what some people told us:

“The wait time was extended due to an appointment error by the hospital. Mistakes happen.”

“Considering the appointment is to consult on a low risk benign cyst removal, the appointment was sooner than expected.”
