Take this short survey to let the NHS in South Yorkshire know what's important to you - and how they can make services work better for you, your family, and your community.

South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) are running a survey which will help them write their 'joint forward plan' - setting out how the NHS in South Yorkshire will work over the coming years.

They want to hear from you

What matters to you about your health and wellbeing? This might include what matters to your communities, how can the ICB make services better quality and more accessible for you, and how health services can help you to live a healthier, happier life.

Who are the ICB?

The South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) work as a key partner within the South Yorkshire Integrated Care System (ICS), covering Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. They work alongside local councils, the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE) and other partners to address health inequalities and wider determinants of health.

Listening to you

In early 2020, we spoke with local people about which aspects of health and social care they'd like us to focus on in the next 2 years.
We spoke with over 350 local people from a range of different backgrounds and life experiences. We spoke to members of the public, as well as staff and members of 29 local groups and organisations.
